Flower City Ballet is a not- for- profit Classical Ballet School. We work extremly hard to keep our class prices and performance fees to an absolute minimium to give our students the ability to learn classical ballet at very affordable prices. Some of the methods we use to help keep costs down are through volunteer work and contributions, as well as Fund Raisers. We currently have two active fundrasing activities going on now - our Annual Italian Dinner and Finger Lakes Coffee Roster .
We participate in community events throughout the year, such as ART WALK and MOMMY AND ME EXPO, to bring the art of classical ballet to Rochester, NY. We are currently on our third year performing an annual Tschikovsky's "The Nutcracker" production to sold out audiences. We have had guest performers such as Thomas Warfield participate in our productions. We perform free community concerts with the Brighton Symphony Orchestra and have been featured on Channel 13's "Bright Spot".
